Acceptance and certificates
Is MOST.AERO a Part-147 approved organisation?
No, and Part-147 approval is not what makes these courses usable. Part-147 covers Part-66 basic and type training and the licence examinations under 66.A.25. Safety, human factors and regulatory training under 145.A.30(e) is judged against the standard your organisation agrees with its competent authority and writes into its MOE.
Will my compliance monitoring manager accept an online certificate?
If your MOE training chapter allows external and distance-learning providers and the syllabus matches the reference the MOE cites, yes. AMC4 145.A.30(e) names the organisation itself, independent trainers and any training organisation acceptable to the competent authority as permitted providers. See our page on how acceptance works.
What does the certificate state?
The course name including Initial or Continuation, the learner’s name, the completion date and the issuer, MOST.AERO, a brand of AEROVISER OÜ. There is no examination, so it is a certificate of completion. No expiry is printed; the 2-year cycle is tracked by your organisation.
How can a certificate be verified?
Email [email protected] with the learner’s name, course and completion date. We confirm them against the learning record.
Initial, continuation and due dates
Do I need the Initial or the Continuation course?
Initial if you have never held a safety training including human factors certificate, or your organisation’s competency assessment says you need the full syllabus. Continuation if you hold an initial certificate and are inside the 2-year cycle under AMC4 145.A.30(e) and 145.A.35(d).
How often is human factors training required?
Initial before starting the job function, then further training in each 2-year period. Our guide on training frequency quotes the exact wording.
When exactly is my continuation training due?
The rule says in each 2-year period. The safe convention is the date of your last training plus 24 months. The due-date tool on this site calculates it and exports a calendar entry.
Does passing Part-66 Module 9 count as human factors training?
No. Module 9 is licence knowledge under 66.A.25, examined once. Safety training under 145.A.30(e) is an organisational competency requirement with a 2-year cycle and a different syllabus, GM1 145.A.30(e).
Courses, prices and access
How long does a course take?
The courses are self-paced. You start when you enrol and work through the lessons in your own time. The first lesson of each course is a free preview.
Is there an exam?
No. None of the current courses has a quiz or examination; the completion certificate is issued when all lessons are finished. Where a rule requires an examination, such as fuel tank safety Phase 2, your organisation must add one.
What do the courses cost?
Initial courses are €89 per seat and the Safety Training Continuation course is €49, paid once with no subscription. Prices are stated on each course page.
Which authority are the courses written for?
The EU text of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 as published by EASA. The UK adopted the same competency and 2-year wording through SI 2023/588, and where UK numbering or dates differ the course and guide pages say so.
