What does EASA Part-145 training cost? 2026 prices
Published Updated
Seven subjects, checked against six sellers, on one day. This page prices each EASA Part-145 course type on its own — safety training including human factors, fuel tank safety, EWIS, Part-66 Modules 9 and 10, and Part-145 regulatory training — rather than as a bundle. Every figure below was read from the seller’s own page on 11 September 2026, in the currency it was displayed in, with no conversion and no ranking of one provider over another. Where a seller’s page could not be fetched that day, or showed no price, that seller is left out of the relevant table rather than estimated.
This page companions continuation training packages compared, which priced the three-course continuation trio some sellers sell together on 2 September 2026. That guide answers “is a bundle cheaper.” This one answers “what does each course cost on its own,” and adds three subjects no bundle in that guide covers: Part-66 Module 9, Module 10, and Part-145 regulatory training. If you first need to know which of these duties applies to whom, our hub on the training duties under Part-145 maps every duty to its clause before any price matters.
Part-145 training prices at a glance
| Figure | What it is |
|---|---|
| 11 September 2026 | The one day every price on this page was read from the seller’s own page, in the currency displayed, with no conversion |
| 7 subjects, 6 sellers | The scope of the check — safety training including human factors (initial and continuation), fuel tank safety, EWIS, Part-66 Modules 9 and 10, and Part-145 regulatory training |
| 2 sellers unquotable | Sofema Aviation and the European Aviation Institute returned blocked or challenge responses that day, so both are omitted rather than estimated |
| €89 | MOST.AERO’s price for each of its four live initial courses |
| €49 | MOST.AERO’s one live continuation course, Safety Training including Human Factors – Continuation |
| 2-year period | The cycle every continuation price on this page serves, under AMC4 145.A.30(e)(c), Appendix IV to AMC5 145.A.30(e) and AMC 20-22 section 8(b) |
What does initial safety training incl. HF cost?
Safety training including human factors sits in AMC4 145.A.30(e), and the initial course is the one a new joiner takes before, or within six months of, starting the job function under AMC4 145.A.30(e)(b). Four of the six sellers checked on 11 September 2026 had a live, individually priced initial course page.
| Provider | Price as displayed on 11 September 2026 | Currency |
|---|---|---|
| FL Technics Online Training (147training.com) | €115 | EUR |
| Suntech Aviation, Slovenia | 144 € | EUR |
| Bostonair Technical Training, UK | £50.00 | GBP |
| Trans Global Training, UK | £40.00 | GBP |
| MOST.AERO, Estonia | €89 | EUR |
MOST.AERO’s Part-145 safety training including human factors — initial online course follows the GM1 145.A.30(e) syllabus. Sofema Aviation and the European Aviation Institute also advertise initial human-factors and Module 9 content, but both returned a blocked response when their pages were fetched on 11 September 2026 and are omitted from every table on this page for that reason, not because they lack a course.
Part-66 Module 9 and Module 10
Module 9 (Human Factors) and Module 10 (Aviation Legislation) sit in Appendix I to Part-66, examined separately from any Part-145 competency duty. Regulation (EU) 2023/989 renumbered Module 9’s ten sub-modules and rewrote Module 10 to run 10.1 to 10.10, both applying from 12 June 2024. None of the four sellers whose pages could be fetched on 11 September 2026 sold a dedicated, individually priced Module 9 or Module 10 exam-preparation product distinct from their general human-factors and legislation courses, so the table below carries only the seller whose page names the modules directly.
| Provider | Course | Price as displayed on 11 September 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| MOST.AERO, Estonia | Part-66 Module 9 and Safety Training – Initial | €89 |
| MOST.AERO, Estonia | Part-66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation | €89 |
Neither MOST.AERO course is a Part-147 basic-knowledge examination: under 66.A.25(b), that examination may only be conducted by a Part-147 approved organisation or the competent authority. Our Module 9 versus Part-145 human factors and Module 10 after Regulation (EU) 2023/989 guides set out what each syllabus covers and how it differs from the organisation’s own training duty.
What does Part-145 regulatory training cost?
Regulatory training is not a phrase Part-145 itself uses; it is the practical answer to 145.A.30(a)(3) and 145.A.30(cc), which require the accountable manager and the nominated persons to demonstrate an understanding of the Regulation, and to the wider competency duty at 145.A.30(e). Of the four sellers whose pages could be fetched on 11 September 2026, only one had a dedicated, individually priced course for it; Suntech Aviation, Bostonair Technical Training and Trans Global Training do not list a separate regulatory-training product.
| Provider | Price as displayed on 11 September 2026 | Currency |
|---|---|---|
| FL Technics Online Training (147training.com) | €145 | EUR |
| MOST.AERO, Estonia | €89 | EUR |
MOST.AERO’s EASA Part-145 regulatory training online course walks Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 section by section, from scope and terms of approval through to the 145.A.200 management system, and is the initial-only counterpart to the safety-training courses above — Part-145 sets no fixed repeat cycle for it, so there is no continuation product to price alongside it.
What does continuation training cost?
Continuation sits on a rolling clock, not a one-time pass. The safety training cycle in AMC4 145.A.30(e)(c) reads:
“(c) It should be of an appropriate duration in each 2-year period in relation to the relevant compliance monitoring audit findings and other internal/external sources of information available to the organisation on safety and human factors maintenance issues.” — AMC4 145.A.30(e)(c)
The fuel tank safety cycle in Appendix IV to AMC5 145.A.30(e) points at the organisation’s own exposition:
“Recurrent training: The organisation should ensure that the recurrent training is required in each 2-year period. The syllabus of the training programme referred to in Chapter 3.9 of the maintenance organisation exposition (MOE) should include the additional syllabus for this recurrent training.” — Appendix IV to AMC5 145.A.30(e)
And the EWIS cycle in AMC 20-22 section 8 is scoped by target group:
“8.b. Refresher Training. Refresher training should be conducted in a period not exceeding two years. It could consist of a review of previously covered material plus any new material or revisions to publications. Refresher training will follow the EWIS Minimum Initial Training Programme - Appendix A or B for that particular target group.” — AMC 20-22, section 8(b)

EWIS Target Group 1 & 2 — Continuation is also in preparation at MOST.AERO and not yet live. Our EWIS target groups 1 to 8 guide explains what separates the eight target groups so a price can be checked against the right scope.
What drives the price differences?
None of the gaps above need a ranking to explain. Four factors recur across the pages read on 11 September 2026, stated as what to check rather than as a judgement on any seller:
Scope. A Module 9-style human factors course that includes Module 9’s ten sub-modules and an examination is a different product from a Part-145 safety-training course built only on GM1 145.A.30(e)’s topics 1 to 10, even when both are labelled “human factors.” An EWIS course scoped to target groups 1 and 2 is a different product from one scoped to groups 1 to 8, or to groups 4 and 5, and a fuel tank safety course covering Phase 1 only is a different product from one covering Phase 1 and 2 together.
Whether an exam is bundled in. 147training’s fuel tank safety initial page states the course “includes 1 certificate and 1 exam with a 75% passing requirement”; a course that stops at a certificate of attendance, with no assessed pass mark, is doing less.
Duration. The pages read on 11 September 2026 stated durations from under two hours to over five hours for what is nominally the same subject. AMC4 145.A.30(e)(c) ties safety-training duration to the buying organisation’s own audit findings and safety information, not to a fixed number of hours, so a shorter course is not automatically a shorter syllabus, and a longer one is not automatically more thorough — check the syllabus, not just the clock.
How VAT and currency are shown. Some pages state a single figure with no VAT note; none of the pages read for this guide displayed a separate VAT line, but the continuation packages guide recorded sellers that do, and some sites offer a currency switcher that changes the number without changing the product. Confirm on the seller’s own checkout page before treating any figure here as final.
What should a price include?
A price is the fastest thing to compare and the least useful thing to compare on its own. Four questions matter more than the number:
Does the certificate name the clause it serves? 145.A.55(d) requires personnel records that let an auditor connect training to the rule — course name, the clause reference, the learner and the completion date. A cheaper course whose certificate omits the clause reference creates more compliance-monitoring work than it saves.
Does the syllabus match your target group or phase? An EWIS course bought for target group 1 does not serve staff who fall into group 5, and a fuel tank safety course covering awareness only does not serve someone who plans, performs, supervises, inspects or certifies fuel-system maintenance. Check the target group or phase the seller’s own page states before comparing totals.
Does it leave the organisation-specific layer for you to add? AMC1 145.A.35(d)(3) ties safety-training duration to the buying organisation’s own compliance-monitoring audit findings, hazards and safety risks, and no off-the-shelf course can supply that layer. A bought course is the generic syllabus; your compliance monitoring manager still has to add your own occurrence data, procedure changes and internal safety-reporting findings.
Does delivery need to be acceptable to your competent authority? AMC4 145.A.30(e)(d) allows safety training to be delivered by the organisation itself, independent trainers, or any training organisation acceptable to the competent authority, and point (e) asks for the procedure to be written into the MOE. A Part-147 approval, where a seller holds and states one, is a reasonable quality signal; it is not what makes a course acceptable under 145.A.30(e). Our guide on whether online training is accepted sets out how that acceptance judgement is made.
What does MOST.AERO offer today?
Five of the seven subjects on this page, at €89 for each initial course and €49 for the one live continuation course. Safety Training including Human Factors – Initial and Continuation, Part-66 Module 9 and Safety Training – Initial, Part-66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation, and EASA Part-145 Regulatory Training – Initial are live. Fuel tank safety and EWIS are not: both continuation courses are in preparation, neither has a publication date, and neither is sold from this site today. Where a table above has no MOST.AERO row, that is the reason, stated plainly rather than left to be inferred.
Related courses. EASA Part-145 safety training including human factors — initial online course (€89) and the continuation online course (€49) are the two MOST.AERO courses behind the human-factors rows above. Both follow the GM1 145.A.30(e) syllabus for EASA and UK Part-145 organisations; the fuel tank safety and EWIS courses referenced elsewhere on this page are not yet published on this site.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the prices on this page carry a date?
Because they move, and an undated number is not a fact. Every figure here was read on the seller's own page on 11 September 2026 and is quoted in the currency it was displayed in — euros or pounds, with no conversion applied. A provider whose page could not be fetched that day, or that showed no price, is left out rather than filled in from memory or from a third-party listing.
Why does the Part-66 Module 9 and Module 10 section carry so few providers?
Because most of the six sites checked sell operator-facing Part-145 continuation training, not Part-66 basic-knowledge exam preparation as a separately priced product. Two sites that do advertise Module 9 and Module 10 content — Sofema Aviation and the European Aviation Institute — returned a blocked or challenge response when fetched on 11 September 2026, so neither could be quoted here. That left MOST.AERO's own €89 Module 9 and €89 Module 10 courses as the only figures this page could verify on the day; a thin section is the honest result of what could and could not be checked, not evidence that no other seller exists.
Does a lower number mean an equivalent course?
Not on its own. The pages read on 11 September 2026 differ in duration (from under two hours to over five), in whether an exam is included, in the target groups an EWIS or Module 9 course covers, and in whether the displayed figure includes VAT. A three-figure gap between two fuel tank safety courses can be entirely explained by one covering Phase 1 only and the other Phase 1 and 2. Match the content to your training need before comparing totals.
How do these individual prices relate to the bundle prices in the packages guide?
They answer a different question. Our [continuation packages guide](/guides/continuation-training-packages-compared/) prices the three-course continuation trio some sellers sell together; this page prices each of six course types on its own, including the two — Part-66 Module 9 and Module 10 — that no bundle in that guide covers. Where the same seller appears in both, buying the bundle was cheaper on the pages read for that guide than adding the individual continuation prices on this one, which is the discount a bundle is built to offer.
Which MOST.AERO course does each row in these tables map to?
Safety training including human factors has two MOST.AERO courses: [Initial](/courses/safety-training-human-factors-initial/) at €89 and [Continuation](/courses/safety-training-human-factors-continuation/) at €49. Part-66 Module 9 maps to [Part-66 Module 9 and Safety Training – Initial](/courses/part-66-module-9-safety-initial/) at €89, and Part-66 Module 10 maps to [Part-66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation](/courses/part-66-module-10-initial/) at €89. Part-145 regulatory training maps to [EASA Part-145 Regulatory Training – Initial](/courses/part-145-regulatory-initial/) at €89. Fuel tank safety and EWIS have no MOST.AERO row because neither course is live on this site yet.
Do any of these sellers cover fuel tank safety or EWIS the way MOST.AERO would?
MOST.AERO does not sell either course today, so there is nothing on this site to compare them with. Our [fuel tank safety Phase 1 vs Phase 2](/guides/fuel-tank-safety-phase-1-vs-phase-2/) and [EWIS target groups 1 to 8](/guides/ewis-training-target-groups-1-to-8-explained/) guides explain what each subject has to cover under the rule, independent of which seller you use to buy it.
